The service was good until I moved house. At this point I found the people I dealt with on the phone unhelpful - for example incorrectly telling me that because I was paying monthly by Direct debit that i could not pay an the fees and charges straight away but needed to pay as on a monthly basis.
Additionally - having moved the premium went up significantly despite moving from a main road to a leafy subburb. they will need to have a good offer to make me think of renewing.
