I was involved in an accident which was appalling safety and driving of other vehicle, priviledge were only interested in cost to them, my legal cover worthless as could not pursue other driver using this service, was promised the final payment details of the other drivers claim, they were never sent, paid for my own repairs.didn't feel served or supported by claims team.
