Awful company that shows no compassion in these times where we have as a family have had to survive on one income, tried explaining this to them but they then still charge a seemingly made up figure to cancel a policy we cannot afford to pay for!!
We will never use this company again and I have been a loyal customer previously.
Would NOT recommend.
