I had to make a change to my policy and found it easy to contact the company by phone without having to wait in a long queue or go through lots of automated telephone systems. I was able to make my policy change quickly and easily with the friendly and efficient person I spoke to and they didn't charge me for making the change when other insurers had in the past. They also don't automatically renew your cover and charge you as other insurers often do. I would highly recommend them based on my experience and have chosen to stay with them again this year despite being offered lower premiums elsewhere.
