My car was hit by a car being pursued by the police last September (2014). Yes, my car was repaired etc, but as yet Privilege have been unable to confirm that the accident was not my fault (?!). I have had to pay my excess of £350, and my no claims status is in doubt. To call Privilege is quite costly, they take forever to answer the phone, some of their admin staff are not that smart, they don't always return calls when they say they will, and they have made little progress with my case. I am not happy with their service.
