I have now received a letter from the Prudential stating that my retirement date has been moved from May 2024 to May 2034!!! - what the hell is this Company doing????. Clearly not looked at my records of trying to speak to them on several occasions without any result. They are a complete joke as a Company!. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all cost if you do not want to be driven mad by their lack of customer service.
Anyone know a good lawyer????
