I notified Prudential of my husband’s death 3 weeks sgo. I called to follow up on this 2 weeks later today ld it would take 16 to 20 business days. I received a form several days ago telling me i had to send death certificate. They told me to email which i did. Called today and was told they could not read it but i could fax it. I went to ups store and faxed it. I did a follow up call and they received it but will take another 15 to 20 business days. I have never dealt with a company that has such poor customer service.
It is bad enough to deal with my husband’s death Without having to deal with incompetent customer service. I have also had dealings with switching over his annuities to my name. I was told that was going to take weeks. I need the money to live and these people don't give a damn.
