I have a need to speak to a REAL person about a possible hacking of my account. there is no on-line chat option, no option to contact by email, just the phone number of the prudential help line. When i first called, the estimated wait time was 4 minutes. i have now been on hold for an hour and a half. this is important to me and i have concerns, but prudential i assume is trying to tire me out on hold so i'll give up. i'm tempted to just cash out my policy.
