My husband died quite unexpectedly of a massive heart attack He worked at Fed ex, he had a life insurance policy with prudential through the company We have 2 children that were in high school at the time and bound for college The policy was for 100,000 I didn’t receive a penny of it They said he didn’t disclose he had high blood pressure on his application Though my husband worked at Fed ex 10 years he signed up for said policy a little less than 2 years before his death, that’s how they wrangled out of paying out, there is a 2 year clause where prudential can fight to not pay Was truly devastating to us
