The Prudential phone number that handles the phone calls are not honest because my mother asked if there is a Prudential office where she can come and speak to somebody in person and they told her that the only office they had was located in New Jersey. My mom always needs an interpreter and everytime they put the interpreter they disconnected her phone calls. I found a Prudential office located in Miami. I would not recommend Prudential business to anyone. Their service attention and courtesy towards their clients wether is by phone or in person they are not willing to keep the client the kindness and attention needed poor service.
