My mother in law has long term care with them. They are the most difficult company to work with. Can only file claims by US mail or fax then they forced us to do ACH and are now denying claims stating the forms are incomplete. The forms were not incomplete. They are now 2 months behind on reimbursements and we have followed their rules and jumped through hoops getting a new account setup for the ACH transfers. If a company can deposit funds they can also take funds. Who is their right mind would grant access to a main account? Think long and hard before you do business with Prudential.
