Tried to login and change beneficiary. Website wo UI of not allow it. Talked to a person and they forced me to fill out a form and fax it back. Could not accept digital upload. Ridiculous. Them Prudentials online firm would not save. After multiple attempts over 7 days, the confirmation letter was not correct. Talking to customer service is useless and forget about a supervisor. Their only answer is more forms and the response is no, we cannot do that. Unbelievable.
