Terrible company. Contacted me 2.5 years after mums passing about pension, taken 6 months so far and still no further forward. Wants to do all by letters so each letter takes a month so they can delay things, want info you can’t provide. Currently made me pay £65 to prove my late mum was divorced.
Was told wrong thing each time i called, avoid at every cost. Put in a complaint and still hadn’t been dealt with apparently they need more time.
