Very poor customer service. Missed one payment and 1 week later Close Brothers have cancelled the policy. Quote line blame close brothers and close brothers ignore all correspondence.
I feel Quoteline should have more involvement as they are the people arranging and recommending Close Brothers.
Between the two they couldn’t run a bath. Avoid at all costs!!!
