Where do i start,doubling the premium when you finally get to speak to someone.Trying to use there website which is designed to make life as difficult as possible for you & looks like a 10 year old has developed it.
Customer service agents who are not interested in dealing with any problems or complaints, a fee of £50 to cancel the policy & upto 60 days for a refund !.These crooks should be on watchdog absolute shambles of a company
