I echo what everyone else says.
Not answering phone. Not giving refunds. No answer to emails.
Sending texts for National insurance number. Driving licence. Copy of utility bill. All to be uploaded to a portal.
My policy hadn’t started so I cancelled it immediately.
Only for them not to return my annual premium.
Water an hour a day for a week trying to get in contact.
Rubbish. Scammers
I contacted by phone and email. Was ignored.
