Got a quote with them and when I phoned up to take out the policy I was placed on hold for 20 minutes, then put through to the wrong department. I was told someone would phone me back but they didn't. Then when I called back again and again I found there was only one person who can deal with my quote as its a non standard policy (because I have a lodger) and they wouldn't be in for another few days.
Very very bad customer service. I think they've done me a favour as I wouldn't want to try and claim through them!
