cancel my policy ,half way through , they took 90% of the money leaving £30 , but they then took that in admin fee's,also when i phoned to cancel i was told to email on their message board that i wanted my no claims bonus , which i did and read it out to the lady whilst on the phone , asked if that was all they needed ,yer thats fine she said , this morning get a phone call that i need to put more in email, frustrated i told him what i had been told the previous day . they dont know what they are doing and give the wrong information to customers
