I took out car insurance with quoteline direct on 15th March and a few days later was put into shielding until july. As I was not driving and my car had not been out of the garage I decided to cancel insurance as I am still shielding until covid is in a better state. I paid £307 and will get less than half back and have to wait 8 weeks for refund. I feel I have just lost a lot of money.If only we had known about covid 19 sooner my car would have been off the road.
I would not use this company again.
