Although the insurance was very reasonable and seemed like an excellent idea, I found it very frustrating providing my No Claims Bonus. Everything was supplied correctly from my previous insurer but Quote Me Happy kept rejecting it until it was supplied complete with, what was in effect, a letter from the insurer stating that the NCB they had supplied was true!? Something in all my years of owning a car have never experienced. Very frustrating not to be able to speak to anyone direct. The whole transaction took a lot longer than it should and made me seriously consider looking elsewhere. I just hope that IF I have to make a claim the process is easier, smoother and a lot less hassle.
