I had forgotten to cancel my home insurance and was charged for the annual policy.I was dealt with by William on chat line.His communication was exceptionally good. I was reimbursed within 3 days. It was seamless and William deserves to be congratulated for his customer service

as a new customer I am finding them a nightmare to deal with. Live chat seems to not exist, I have had trouble discussing NCB so I get a text saying they are cancelling my insurance tonight. Impossible to get a real person to talk to and it's as clear as mud how to upload changes. I pressed the wrong button, one of my drivers got deleted and I got a £13 charge.

My policy was set NOT TO 'auto renew' yet they did it anyway and stung us with an additional £100 + on the policy. They dont have a contact number and as of 09h40 on the 14th April 25, their chat help is not available. Zero customer service and I will never use them again. Still trying to get the policy cancelled.

Terrible, can't talk to anyone and increases my premium by 198%...had to switch, never claimed 14 year ncb, same car nothing changed !

Terrible service, impossible to use app/online services. Don’t take the risk with this insurance, I imagine it would be a nightmare trying to make a claim

Received a payment from me for my car insurance but are claiming they did when I have multiple evidence from my bank. They don’t communicate at all and it’s ridiculous you can’t talk to someone on the phone. My bank have sent me proof of the money being successfully sent but quotemehappy haven’t apparently received it. Very strange

Complete waste of time and money. I will not recommend this insurance company to anybody else. My experience was beyond disappointing due to how poorly the online service deals with emergency customer queries that concern payments. This company has not explained or answered any of my questions on why they haven't validated my documents, as to my belief and my previous insurance companies, my documents have been issued correctly. Following this, my premium price was increased incorrectly and I was not able to contact anybody about this. After attempting their live chat and waiting for 30 minutes without an answer, the session was cancelled on me. In addition, I am also concerned that my details have been changed without my consent after I have started my policy with them. This is simply fraud. It seems this is not an insurance company for young drivers overall. Luckily, there are other companies who are willing to listen to their customers over the phone because they have a call center number available. Customer lost after 3 weeks.

So Quote Me Happy, no customer service number, no way of contacting on the website as the 'live-chat' simply doesn't work. Chatbot is absolutely useless, the only way to contact them is through a complaints procedure. Avoid using at all costs they are the absolute worst out there!

I have recently taken out home insurance, was not the cheapest but in between, however i did put certain things on different category ie certain watches and the like. I unfortunately need to make a claim for a laptop which was insured separately. I sent them pictures of the damage . After a bout of interrogation on How,Why,When They want me to send them the pc (which yes they pay for) but i be without my pc for a week which is unacceptable you pay extra for service and nt to be treated like you are trying to do them .I have not claimed anything for around 10 years.

My motor insurance policy with QUOTEMEHAPPY, was due for renewal in late December. When I checked why I had not been notified of renewal, I discovered that my cover had not been renewed because my husband was now 76. I received no notification of this cancellation, leaving me uninsured. QMH automated answer system was unable to cope with my questions.
