“Will never go through them again if you want to make change like urgently, you can't do that online on your account and have to wait 24/48hrs. No assistance whatsoever”

“Insurance companies are tested when you need to make a claim. After 25 years, we needed to make a claim when someone drove into us. It was not our fault. One phone call to quotemehappy and they sorted everything out. They collected the car, assessed the damage and paid out on the same day. Eventually we replaced the car and the premium did not go up. True we had no no claims protection, but even so, we expected a rise in the premium. It was our first ever insurance claim. I would highly rate the service we received and we will move all our other cars over to quotemehappy when they are due for renewal. Thank you to all involved. 5 star service.”

“Hideous experience. Quote me unhappy more like it. Policy canceled as they hadn't received my NCD despite confirming a month prior they'd received it and it was accepted. The online site doesn't work either.”

“Diabolical. Never updated my direct debit details via the online form on the website, so my direct debit keep failing, then they cancelled my insurance. Stay away from these amateurs”

“I have read many reviews on here , I would avoid this company , they cancelled my sons insurance 4k before it started started then wrote to us saying I had intentionally tried to defraud them because we had not filled in the online document correctly , trying to get hold of someone was almost impossible , they eventually returned my funds less a fee , they told me I have to disclose the policy as voided on all future policies with all future insurers .... that would cost me thousands of pounds , I have no idea what to do now , its disgraceful , I have legitimately held insurance policies for cars I own for 40 years and in that time made 1 small claim .”

“SCAM !! I have nothing good to say about qoute me happy car insurance. My car was parked on a road and my neighbours accidentally crashed into it, within that month they randomly cancelled my policy with no proper reasoning. Odd timing?”

“They are scammers!! I cancelled my policy within 3 days and they charged me a cancellation fee plus they also added a black box device on my policy without showing me clearly it was on my policy when i first took the policy out with them”

“I dont know how come you have problems but is i am so happy with the and also you need to know that they working with email and the ly do 24/7 so i. Changed vehicle snd it wan very easy i wanted to change paymant it was so easy if you have problems you need send email they always said they will reply you 1 day some thing like but is always with 19 minn so dont blame someone if y dont know how how insurances work so i am not agree with these comments as i have been with even them”

“I received a letter in the post that my insurance policy would be cancelled in 7 days on 09/07/2024. Problem was that the letter only arrived on 09/07/2024 and then Quote me happy was closed and my insurance expires at 11.59pm that day. Also my policy was due to expire on the 14th anyway. So now I am a student that has no car insurance, no NCD after having a policy cancelled because I was completely unaware the black box was not bluetoothing to the app.”

“Tried to process my son’s insurance policy and at the end it said contact investigations unit. Tried for 3 days solid, hours being on hold to it keep cutting off saying try again later! Tried emailing… no response. If it’s like this to try and get the policy I dread to think what it would be like if he had to make a claim!! Forget it quote me happy I would rather pay the extra and go elsewhere! Absolute joke!!!”

“Absolutely useless company. Had to wait and still waiting over a month to get paid out for my car which valued 2k under what it should’ve been. Staff giving me wrong information on the phone after waiting over half an hour to speak to a human. If I could 0 stars I would.”

“If I could give them a zero I would. My insurance was due to run out on the 22nd so I went online and saved a cheap quote from quote me happy so then when the 22nd rolled around I could just buy it straight away. When the time came I tried to retrieve my quote from their website. It said it couldnt be found. So I thought, i’ll try to ring them. But then I find out they dont have a single phone number apart from a claims line?? So I then try to email them about it and they take a day to reply to just tell me to try again, even though i told them i’ve tried so many times. Anyway, after about 5 days of trying to email them but they dont read what im actually saying so that was a deadend. Id also like to add I sent an email to them, and another email to the complaints team. One of them told me my original quote had expired and one told me it hadn’t? After a while of being messed about by them i just thought, well its been 5 days now and I really need insurance so i tried to do a different quote from them and just buy that. When I tried it said something went wrong and I need to ring a number, when i tried to ring the number provided every single time it says try again later. I tried again later 10 times. When I also emailed them about this, once again after having to wait a day I was told there was no problem on their end and I need to try on a different device, so i did and still said the same thing. So after being messed about by them so much i decided id rather never drive my car again than give them a penny. Definitely avoid, even though they are cheap. I can guarantee you’ll be messed about, and if you have a complaint you wont ever be able to get help with it because first of all there isnt a single phone number you can get in contact with, and second of all the negligence of the people that work there. My advice would be dont go with them, they are absolutely awful and I feel lucky that in the end I managed to find an amazing insurance company that actually communicates with you and not had a single problem with them, they are even cheaper than what i was originally quoted with quote me happy. More like quote me angry.”

“It's all done through the website. One slight problem is that the website is awful. It's forever locking the account so I can't log in. Because it's all done through the website, you can't speak to anybody. All you can do is create a ticket which half the time doesn't get replied to.”
