Wrongfully Cancelled car insurance !
I went on study exchange for the year, I notified quote me happy that i would not be using my car and so no trips would be recorded on my app until i returned home for Christmas. After being bombarded with emails because no trips had been recorded (i was in Singapore!) i emailed again to confirm my policy was not at threat of being cancelled, they told me to ignore the emails but couldn't stop them as they were automated. When i came home they cancelled my insurance because i hadn't used the car in the first week of returning, at no point during my correspondence with quote me happy did they inform me that i would have to use my car and record a trip as soon as i returned to avoid policy cancellation. Customer services was rude and unhelpful. I had paid for a years insurance and only needed the car for the two months whilst i was home in between my time out of the country, they cancelled it as soon as i got back and i couldn't use my car whilst i was home. Pretty appalling, don't use! Not worth the Hassle.
