“as a new customer I am finding them a nightmare to deal with. Live chat seems to not exist, I have had trouble discussing NCB so I get a text saying they are cancelling my insurance tonight. Impossible to get a real person to talk to and it's as clear as mud how to upload changes. I pressed the wrong button, one of my drivers got deleted and I got a £13 charge.”
“My policy was set NOT TO 'auto renew' yet they did it anyway and stung us with an additional £100 + on the policy. They dont have a contact number and as of 09h40 on the 14th April 25, their chat help is not available. Zero customer service and I will never use them again. Still trying to get the policy cancelled.”

“Received a payment from me for my car insurance but are claiming they did when I have multiple evidence from my bank. They don’t communicate at all and it’s ridiculous you can’t talk to someone on the phone. My bank have sent me proof of the money being successfully sent but quotemehappy haven’t apparently received it. Very strange”
“Complete waste of time and money. I will not recommend this insurance company to anybody else. My experience was beyond disappointing due to how poorly the online service deals with emergency customer queries that concern payments. This company has not explained or answered any of my questions on why they haven't validated my documents, as to my belief and my previous insurance companies, my documents have been issued correctly. Following this, my premium price was increased incorrectly and I was not able to contact anybody about this. After attempting their live chat and waiting for 30 minutes without an answer, the session was cancelled on me. In addition, I am also concerned that my details have been changed without my consent after I have started my policy with them. This is simply fraud. It seems this is not an insurance company for young drivers overall. Luckily, there are other companies who are willing to listen to their customers over the phone because they have a call center number available. Customer lost after 3 weeks.”

I received no notification of this cancellation, leaving me uninsured.
