How do I cancel my home policy

On my policy I have contents in Garage I don' t have a garage Contents in other outbuildings I don't have outbuilding also I don't need cover for loss of domestic heating fuel and metered water I am presuming this will give me a reduction on my premium could you please advise me what the revised premium will be, (my Ref;625682503)

Reported car being very badly damaged last Friday 1 November. Had to get cab for my wife to travel to business appointment. Tried ringing, no answer. Policy says courtesy car will be provided...however, this has not happened nor has any contact despite reporting accident on line, trying to phone and sending an email complaint. I have now had to hire a car and arrange vehicle repair myself. It is now Monday November 4, and despite the commitment to "aim to contact you within a day", it is 75 hours since I contacted QMH. How can a licensed(?) car insurance company be allowed to do nothing? God alone knows what would happen if we had been injured...

I no longer have access to my old email account that I used to set up my account with quote me happy, has anyone got a email address that I can contact them on as there is no phone number whatsoever to contact them other than a claim line and I need to change other information with them but cant find one and just keep getting their stupid, useless help page which is of no help at all when I cant access my account idiots.
