I have a Quote Me Happy Comprehenbsive Car insurance for my BMW Car (LS02 JDO) - Policy No 603462598. Expires 01/06/26. I am the only named driver. I would like to install another named driver to be able to drive the car. The other driver has a full driving licence. Her car has been loaned to a family member for a short period of time. How can this be achieved & any additional cost?

Contents in other outbuildings I don't have outbuilding
also I don't need cover for loss of domestic heating fuel and metered water

Reported car being very badly damaged last Friday 1 November. Had to get cab for my wife to travel to business appointment. Tried ringing, no answer. Policy says courtesy car will be provided...however, this has not happened nor has any contact despite reporting accident on line, trying to phone and sending an email complaint.
I have now had to hire a car and arrange vehicle repair myself.
It is now Monday November 4, and despite the commitment to "aim to contact you within a day", it is 75 hours since I contacted QMH.
How can a licensed(?) car insurance company be allowed to do nothing? God alone knows what would happen if we had been injured...
