Complete waste of time and money. I will not recommend this insurance company to anybody else. My experience was beyond disappointing due to how poorly the online service deals with emergency customer queries that concern payments. This company has not explained or answered any of my questions on why they haven't validated my documents, as to my belief and my previous insurance companies, my documents have been issued correctly. Following this, my premium price was increased incorrectly and I was not able to contact anybody about this. After attempting their live chat and waiting for 30 minutes without an answer, the session was cancelled on me. In addition, I am also concerned that my details have been changed without my consent after I have started my policy with them. This is simply fraud. It seems this is not an insurance company for young drivers overall. Luckily, there are other companies who are willing to listen to their customers over the phone because they have a call center number available. Customer lost after 3 weeks.
