My motor insurance policy with QUOTEMEHAPPY, was due for renewal in late December.
When I checked why I had not been notified of renewal, I discovered that my cover had not been renewed because my husband was now 76.
I received no notification of this cancellation, leaving me uninsured.
QMH automated answer system was unable to cope with my questions.
