Absolutely Terrible Service – Avoid QMH at All Costs
This is hands down the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Their service is awful, the premiums are outrageously expensive, and their online platform is completely unusable. I was in a non-fault accident over a year ago, and I still haven’t received the excess I paid for my car repairs. I will have to involve the financial ombudsman to get my money back.
Their account management system is a total disaster. I have to reset my password every time I try to log in, and now I don’t even receive the password reset emails anymore. It’s beyond frustrating.
I’ve had enough and canceled my policy. I wouldn’t recommend QMH to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!
