There is no Customer Services department, if only I'd known before I purchased the policy. I need a password to access their Secure Email Portal. I ask for a Password reset. They send the password reset to the Secure Email Portal which I can't access as I don't have the password.
I can't speak to anyone as the emails are no reply and the only support option is a useless chatbot.
