Absolutely f**king USELESS!
ONLINE ONLY! Then website crashes and stays down with no one to talk to! So I can't insure my new car!
So I can't change my insurance on my policy!
All the online bit says it to "log into your account" ....I can't because your website is down.
I'm going to take out a new policy and then cancel with these!
