Don't touch this company with a barge pole.
Purchased car insurance in November for a year but purchased a different car and went to amend the details only for it to say I don't have a policy with them. I have a copy of the cover note but after emailing them for over 24 hrs I've now had to purchase new insurance in order for me to drive my car.
They ask what went wrong....it was me actually going on their website to get insurance in the first place....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
