YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF PHYSICAL PERSON ON THE PHONE.
I believe they are not based in uk.
Someone scraped my car and left a note giving me all their details.
They booked a garage which is 2 hours away.
Now the garage is saying I need to pay for the repairs?
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,
THEY DO NOT KNOW UK POLICY.
AND CONTACTING THEM IS VERY VERY DIFFICULT.
ANY ISSUE WITH YOUR CAR? any accidents? Might as well get your own lawyer.
