overall I think it was good experience , first time i did on line and feel confident with all the informations, more happy to have cheap Insurance , make you feel good.
Only one thing i will suggest when the customer got the insurance with you on line at least one time someone from customer services should contact the customer and make sure the customer got everything what he need, it is just a courtsey and politeness. Direct communication with the customer has his own impact, the customer feel they are valuable.
