I’ve been with QMH for years and had cheap simple service on line. Not sure how long I can stay though.
Having recently had my car stolen the claim has been a nightmare. I’ve repeatedly been told lies about the car being repaired when it was in fact still waiting for collection from the police recovery contractor. I’ve been promised call backs and never received them and trying to get to speak to someone involved waiting for up to 48 minutes time after time.
Quote Me Happy Treat Me Bad is a great strap line for this company.
