I was a victim of theft where my car was vandalised. To the Insurance company's credit they prompt to collect the car, however, they provided very little information as to how a courtesy car will be provided. I ended up having to sourced this through their providers and the return of the courtesy car, with very little support and information from quotemehappy. I was gob-smacked to say the least. I feel this part of your service is very poor and to add to the troubles, they fixed my door but they left part of the damage undone. To date I do not know why and the supposed work carried out on one door was not of good standard at all. I suppose I need to make a complaint to address this. However, it is my view that the Insurance company needs to get more involved with claims so one is not left feeling unsupported.
