Bad customer service. Felt as if no one was actually acknowledging the main problem.
Was not able to log into the app so my insurance been cancelled even though I tried to contact the team many time explaining that I am unable to log in.
The device was activated in the car I still got cancellation note.
Terrible experience soo much stress. Huge loss of money.
