I was treated appallingly by QMH.
There was NEVER anybody on chat. You cannot speak to anyone.
Carpenters solicitors were just as bad making appointments which I didn't want or need.
The 3rd party were at fault but I had to pay £250 which to date I haven't received back.
I sent numerous emails but was forever waiting for a response.
I decided not to renew obviously and felt completely let down.
