Would not even give 1 if I didn't have to! Accident on Tues PM phoned and reported to be told we would get car collected tomorrow and courtesy at the same time. They never phoned and it didn't happen. Today stayed in all afternoon for my a slot to be told they were running late and no courtesy car for us.
Now been told it will be tomorrow morning. How can it be 2 days post accident and still car not collected and no courtesy car, missing work staying in. No communication- just awful.
