Avoid this company at all costs, no human interaction, they do not answer emails.
Canceled my insurance after a couple of week after asking for additional information, I sent all of this along with follow up emails. NO REPLY!
Shocking customer service to say it’s part of Aviva! I will be taking this to the ombudsman to sort out!
