Refer to my emails. Due to the incompetence of staff at Quote me happy or more aptly "quote me unhappy"
I was in able to change a policy, I ended up having to go to another insurer. Resulting in me being charged a cancellation fee of £54 and loss of two months insurance. Anyone thinking of going to this company, my advice would be, pay a little extra and get a better service with someone that actually provides support.
