I received a letter in the post that my insurance policy would be cancelled in 7 days on 09/07/2024. Problem was that the letter only arrived on 09/07/2024 and then Quote me happy was closed and my insurance expires at 11.59pm that day. Also my policy was due to expire on the 14th anyway. So now I am a student that has no car insurance, no NCD after having a policy cancelled because I was completely unaware the black box was not bluetoothing to the app.
