very unhelpful staff. do not know what they are doing. have to wait ages because of it being online. Basically my wife got me insured on her car and i needed my ncb just to prove i had it. Quote me happy would not give it me at all.
Now they decided to renew my insurances without asking me for almost twice my previous policy. So cancelled it. It said no charges but they decided to take out the money leaving me overdraft! Had to contact the bank to get they money. Useless do not go with them!!
