My car was written off earlier this year and they were incredibly helpful and efficient. The claim was settled and paid out within 2 weeks. No hassle, no fuss.
You save money with the fact that they are an online only insurer but the app is easy to use and you can update details where needed but when you need them their claims department are available by phone. I cannot fault their service.
