After being passed from operator to operator on four occasions by so called customer service personnel, I was passed to Darryl in the Sheffield office ,who,guess what? listened to my query, thought about it for a few seconds looked into the issue and RESOLVED it.
Well done Darryl in the Sheffield office, you did in 5 minutes, what four of your colleagues could not do at all.
