My policy was set NOT TO 'auto renew' yet they did it anyway and stung us with an additional £100 + on the policy. They dont have a contact number and as of 09h40 on the 14th April 25, their chat help is not available. Zero customer service and I will never use them again. Still trying to get the policy cancelled.
