Tried to cancel with these guys, no number to call have to email only (unless you have a claim) other then that they are a email only company. i have 11 years no claims and other (better insurers) want to see this from your last company, however this company only ever goes us to 9 years no claims and will not go higher and will not provide the proof of 11 years they emailed me back just saying "we only go up to 9 years as a company but if you speak to your insurer before us they may be able to provide it" this has now cost me another £50 for a new quote.
