Can't even rate this company don't ever get ur insurance with this joke of a company 7months ago I put my claim to them and still to this day nothing lack of customer service is discusting the worst company I've ever experienced I have now contacted the ombudsman and will be taking my issues to the press a d spreading the word as this company is awful and I would want another person to go through month of stress and constantly chasing them the promises they've given to call me back even from managers the incompetence of them is shocking. 7months without my car excuse after excuse to repair a windows.
