They took the money from my mother then refused to accept proof of NCD and threatened to cancel policy, because my recently widowed mother had been the second driver on a spousal policy (claim & incident free for 30+yrs), rather than the named driver.
She is the paying client yet they make her do all the work while they do nothing.
No call centre.
Sent a selection of unhelpful email/texts to my mother but take 48 hrs to respond to any questions (the questions are limited to 178 characters too!!).
Now they are saying she has to pay to get out.
She will be taking the matter to the FOS.
This is an awful company, but what did we expect from a company owned by Aviva - another set of incompetent morons!
We would never recommend them.
