The inability to contact Quotemehappy by phone and only by e-mail is ridiculous. They have lost me as a customer due to this. I bought a new car. I tried to change the details using both Firefox and Internet Explorer on my laptop so that I could have both my current car and the new car insured on 13/3/17 and then remove my current car from 14/3/17 and have only the new car insured. Firefox timed out and Internet Explorer waits for a response from QuoteMeHappy (but gets no response). I then tried the same on both my smartphone and tablet using Chrome with similar results. I sent an e-mail to QuotemeHappy Support(!) who merely replied to say there was nothing wrong with the system! I therefore had no choice but to cancel the insurance for my old car with QuotemeHappy (being charged £55 for this) and start a new insurance for my new car with a different insurance company. Whilst waiting for the e-mail reply from QuotemeHappy I had time to 'play' with their system and discover what it objected to, e.g. put certain values into the system and it's OK, put different valid (i.e. from the drop down list) values in and it crashes. This effectively means I was charged £55 for the fault in their system.
