We've had several problem with this insurance which has been very frustrating and has resulted in a delay in me driving my car to my job.
We filled in all the correct details to get my new car insured and paid a price of about £350. With all the mistakes and confusion this has now been refunded to us and we've been told that as of the 16/06/17 we'll need to renew our policy like usual.
I've now just received a renewal quotation for £390!! why has is gone up by £40 within a day! I don't feel this is at all acceptable.
